ORDERING FROM US
The new purchase and delivery of umbrellas can be stressful and time-consuming. Importing for umbrellas can be confusing when one is not familiar with the transaction process. Here are few simple steps on how to order our umbrellas.
INQUIRY
Send your design or artwork to us, if you don't have the artwork, send some simple words about your requirements, we will offer the solution to you within 2 working days.
SAMPLING
We will arrange samples for you to test the quality base on your requirements. In general, regular sample need 5-7 days. For special sample need 7-14 days.
DEVELOPMENT
If you want to customize your umbrella or simple add some elements on the umbrella, we have lots of solution to meet your demand and help you develop them together.
PRODUCTION
When all details of the order is confirmed and we received 30% T/T deposit, the production will begin in 60-65 days. We also offer a solution fast shipment orders.
SHIPMENT
There are different shipping ways for options. Sea shipping is the most economical shipping way, time is much longer than air, takes 30-35 days. For urgent orders, we can ship it by air.
ADDTIONAL SERVICES

We are a division of our factory. We offer solutions and confirm all details of the order. Our factory will arrange the production as per your requirements.
We have two factories( one for umbrella and another one for raincoats) for which is located in or near Xiamen city.
We can produce more than 180,000 pcs per month.
Yes, we have passed the BSCI audit and some customers’ internal audits.
The sample need 5-7 days.For special sample, it needs 7-10 days.
Sample costs between $30-$100 USD plus freight charges. You may also provide us with your freight collect account number (eg.: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, etc.). All expenses must be paid prior to a sample being sent. Once you place the order, we will refund the sample cost to you.
1) Order with designated pantone color/design, the MOQ is around 5000pcs/design for polyester fabric, and 3000pcs/design for pongee.
2) If you can accept to use the ready materials, the MOQ is 1200pcs/design.
3) For other quantity, please let us know your requirements, we can offer a solution to you.
Yes, both OEM and ODM order is welcome.
In general, for OEM orders, the delivery time is 55-65 days after confirm all details of the orders. If have the ready regular materials, 30-45 days. For some special order, we offer a solution of fast shipment.
1) For smaller order valued at less than USD$6,000, we will request cash or T/T payment for the full amount in advance.
2) For order values that exceed USD$6,000, we require a 30% deposit by T/T and the remaining balance payment T/T before shipment or pay again the copy of B/L.
3) For special orders, we can negotiate the payment term.
