SAFETY
No matter adult or children umbrella, safety still the most vital factor that we need to take care of most. Especially for adult umbrellas, there is a wide range of auto-open umbrellas or auto open and close folding umbrellas in the market. There is a spring inside the auto-open or auto open and close folding umbrella frame, which we should use correctly to avoid getting hurt. For kid’s umbrellas, we need to make sure when kids use a child’s umbrella they cannot get hurt. That means all accessories materials should not be in sharp shape. Round shape accessories would be better. It can prevent kids from getting hurt.
MATERIALS
Raw materials are not only very important for umbrellas, but also other products. For kids umbrella, all materials should be eco-friendly. Without special requirements, most suppliers will offer regular materials for it. Regular materials would be cheaper than eco-friendly materials. It depends on different customers’ requirements. Maybe the retailer, distributor, or wholesaler do not have enough budget for this project.
FUNCTION
Most kids umbrellas in the market are stick auto open or stick manual open. There are also some folding kids umbrellas in the market. No matter for a stick umbrella or folding kids umbrella, we must make sure the umbrella can open and close easily and smoothly. A good design and novelty kids umbrella can attract more kids to love it and then buy it. Design can be for cartoon characters, animals (cats, dogs, mice, birds) and plants (flowers), etc. Both vendors and buyers need to pay more attention to not infringing upon other company’s intellectual property.
